to supply federal military installations with fresh-

Health Departments- We are inspected by the state
of MD Department of Health & Mental Hygiene as well
as the Howard County Health Department.
Customer
QC/ QA- Besides local, state, and federal inspection
agencies, East Coast Fresh Cuts is often inspected
by the independent quality assurance and quality
control inspectors from several of our customers.
East
Coast Fresh Cuts has a fully implemented and operational
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Plan (HACCP)
in effect. This plan was designed in conjunction
with
the former department head of the University of Maryland
(College Park) Food Science Department. Production
employees have undergone extensive 12-week training
program for personal hygiene and good manufacturing
practices conducted by the Maryland Business Training
Center.
